Well, another problem with our furnace (though different from the one earlier this month), and Mason was quick to come and take a look. He was very thorough, and willing to show you everything that he was doing. Now, I hope not to see him until May/June for our A/C check-up. (Hoping our furnace will not have any more problems, knock on wood.)

Nissan Air is having a spring special on Central Air-conditioning for all sizes ,if you are thinking about getting a/c for your home this is the right time to do it as you will save $$$$$ , we have done many installations in Hawthron Village alone since early 2000 ,still ticking and working like a clock after all those years thanks to a good product and quality workmanship.
Very clean and high quality workmanship that lasts for many years to come is the order of everyday with Nissan Air .

I would also like to recommend Nissan Air. I called because my furnace wasn't working and my house was freezing on a nice balmy May day where the outside temp was 4 degrees. Mason came to my house within the hour and did an extremely thorough job of explaining and fixing my furnace. Two thumbs up for the professionalism and honesty of the service. Thank you ~ Mike

Mason from Nissan Air installed to my town house A/C unit in April 2013 and everything was very professional and I am recommending Nissan Air . I was asked questions and given details about the work required and what equipment he provides. Also warranty on the unit and all necessary details.
Booked appointment within a week and Mason was on time and completed work in couple of hours. He cleaned the area and ensured everything is working and unit tested.
Also he even looked at furnace and offered some recommendation and the filter I was putting on, I learned a few things that day that I did not know.
In last few days as there was some hot weather we did run the A/C and works and sounds very quiet and got cold very fast.
I am planning in fall or before winter to hire Mason and add the humidifier as I had that in my last home and it does make difference. He gave me very good deal and I will be seeing him again in few months.

I would say everything was great and have no complaints on the work done by Nissan Air. I would recommend to contact Mason and if you are looking for A/C he is the right person to deal with.

Top quality workmanship is our standard ,thank you for your business and your kind feed back

It's was my absolute and genuine pleasure to be of help , I tell you Mike fixing a furnace the first time is my old school theory although it is not easy at times but like we used to say back in the service days "The only easy day was yesterday".
I lost count since I first got in this trade back in 1994 of how many times I hear customers say " the last company was here two or three times already trying to fix the same problem " , too many companies claim they are the best and they can fix anything yet like the saying goes " Talk is cheap" , actions speak louder than words !!!
Just yesterday I was fixing an air-conditioner that was fixed last year by someone else so after close examination I found it was fixed so poorly that all the replacement parts were gone bad already , I felt the customer's pain.
Thank you for giving me your business , you might need your furnace again tonight as the temp.is dropping out now .

This is a an example of a bad brazing ( welding copper) of line set to an ac unit that did not last long at all as all the refrigerant leaked out on 0ne of the hottest days of this year so far , customer informed me that it was one of those companies claiming to be "The best " . So much for the best that it did not last !!!

I saw pieces of plumbing grade copper pipe that were inserted in between the connections ? I have no freaking idea why? And at the furnace plenum there was a piece of cardboard taped up with silver tape covering the evaporator coil hiding a big ugly hole ( Wonder why sheet metal is not used ??) Just when I thought I had seen all for the past 19 years I realized there is still more to see .
"The Best" company wouldn't come back of course because it is not their fault and how dare of the customer to bother them when they are so busy making money ? It lasted a few years and it is the norm according to them to have such outcome afterwards????
The evaporator coil was installed wrong with nothing holding it on top of the furnace inside the plenum and slopping the wrong way. It leaked its charge and after all that ice build-up melted ,water just flooded the furnace and burnt out the fan motor.
The repair included a new fan motor , a new a/c evap., coil and fixing the screw up outside .

This is the kind of damage that can happen when fly-by nighters come to your home with a very cheap A/C installation price and do that to you while you have no idea what is going on. A few years later you are left with a big repair bill !!!

I tell you there are companies out there that would screw up the Lord's prayer every day of the week . Do your research and hire the RIGHT COMPANY .

Mason

After reading the many favourable reviews of Mason at Nissan Air, I decided to give him a call this morning to service our air conditioner. He made time to fit me in before his first appointment of the day, and was at my door within 45 minutes. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and truly passionate about his work. He spent about 1.5hrs servicing the air conditioner (and also went out of his way to check the furnace, humidifier and gas lines), and was extremely thorough. He explained everything to me as he went along, and provided me with many money saving tips. He replaced the air filter in the furnace free of charge as well. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Thanks Mason!

You welcome MJL , i am glad i was of help and got your A/C up and Running .

Here is an Old 10 seer R22 keeprite installation done for a Nissan Air customer in early 2003 In Milton who bought from Sundial and today I had the pleasure of replacing their neighbour's old AC( A different brand name) that was installed by the builder at almost the same time !
Good old keeprite keeps on ticking strong after 10 years .
