Isn't that the 34' Plan 3? 378 Grenke got 500k back in April.
Yes 378 Grenke did get $500 but Grenke did have the 2nd floor family room converted to the 4th bedroom, worth a few thousand, and I guess makes it a different model in theory.
There have been a wide range of 34 Plan 3 sales, most recent ones were in the $450s, but a few way over:
342 Schreyer got $470,500 back in April, but that was only listed on the Oakville/Milton board which not all agents have memberships to.
Same with 373 Treend which sold in June for $471,000.
264 Ruhl was on both boards and sold for $498,000 back in march, another 34 Plan 3 but that one had a basement apartment (walkout) so you can't really compare.
484 Tyrone got $456,000 absolutely basic, 2 months ago (carpet, no island, no spa ensuite), but again it had the wall, door, and closet for the 4th bedroom instead of the loft.
Which is the other board? Miss/To?
There are others too, but with premium lots, etc.
Cliff's was an Elevation A 3 bedroom model. This indeed was the highest for the Elevation A of the 3 bedroom version
