Location: I live in Hawthorne Village and sleep in Mississauga!

Hi everyone!
I've always got about half a dozen clients or so looking for homes but here's two that are very specific and motivated.
One is looking for a 2 bedroom 3 level town in the 300-320 range.
2nd is looking for a 3 bedroom, 2 level town, hopefully in the 350-360 range.
And yes, to all those real estate agents out there, this is a legitimate post and I am not looking for listings and yes we have been through every home that's currently on the market in this search criteria.
