Sold conditionally, deposit dropped off.. stay tuned for updates! :) this one lasted 8 hours so if you've got a Westgate, and are thinking of making the move, let me know! I'm getting lots of calls on it but I have to give everyone the bad news. :)
That said, no need to rush - your model will always be in demand!

Wow!! 439K for a TOWNHOUSE! I read that the market is overpriced by as much as 26% is some regions! I'd put Milton in that bracket. I could never justify paying over $400K for a townhouse....a townhouse people!! LOL. Minus that 26% and 325K makes more sense for a townhouse. For less than 100K more you can have a detached. Oh well, no bubble burst anytime soon! It is a very nice town though! :)

Townhouses have been over 400k for a LONG time here in town. End units were already pushing the 400k mark back in 2011. :)

There's a whole entire thread for that discussion, no? One where I actually agree on a macro and historical level! :)

For the purpose of THIS thread, Westgate and other Milton townhouse owners will be happy to know their homes are in high demand and will sell quickly and for a good amount if presented well and marketed aggressively (but most of you already know that).
