I would have. But then, I'm not a thoughtless ignorant loudmouth greek woman.
When I put something in my cart, I expect to pay for it. I once got to my car at Loblaws and realized they didn't charge me for the plunger on the bottom of the cart - so I went back inside and paid for it. You know, part of being a contributing member of society and everything.
I would have turned in the $100 bill you found too. Usually if left unclaimed, they will just give it to you after a couple weeks. But there's a chance that it was some kid's life savings, and you passed up a golden opportunity to show them that the world doesn't totally suck balls.
Way to go, NIT - a shining example yet again of how not to behave. At least you're honest about being a dirtbag.
Hmmm...you come off as a giant drunk asshole on this forum so I find it hard to believe that you're such an upstanding, God-fearing person in real life. But good try though.
You went back and paid for the plunger cause you left it in your cart. Your mistake. The boots were on the counter...the cashier took each one out to make sure the size was right. Wal Mart's mistake. And yes, I kept the $100. I didn't realize that there are suckers out there that would return money found randomly on the floor of some giant department store. But then again, you pour money into the Leafs so I suppose you're a fool in many other arenas as well.
