Hi guys!

Working with one my buyers, we have nailed down their tastes and needs to work with these two models.
Nothing currently on the market works for them, so I figured I'd post here in case anyone is considering, or knows of a neighbour making the jump.

Obviously style and colour choices matter, but they also want to be able to park 2 cars outside -- even if not already configured this way, they need it to be a possibility down the road, even if with a creative, but classy looking solution.

A 3 bedroom Shady glen MIGHT work if the basement was already finished (this would open us up to pottingtons as well), but their preference is 4 bedroom. Note: The Sterling does not work since the dining room is just a bit too small for them.

Please PM or email fred@fredhelps.com if you know of anything coming up - and if you already have an agent, no prob, have them call me. Fellow agents that I haven't already emailed about this -- give me a shout.

Thanks guys!

Hi Jamie,
There aren't as many on the east side of Thompson as there are on the West side (Coates) or the west parts of Milton, but they are just about in line with the other ones across town.
Averages are about $530k for the low end ones, 570k for the high end, and the factors obviously include upgrades, condition, basement, lot location (as with all the models), AND competition at the time of listing, which if favourable, can jack the price over the 570s even.
Hope this helps!

Fred

Correct, very wide! There are ways to make basic ones look more like the higher end ones without spending any money, but obviously the loaded ones with finished basements and extra parking will sell for the most.
