I am currently working with a real agent and in search of a new home. if anything comes please message me.

Wish list
- double car garage
- 4 bedroom
- newer home
-move in ready with upgraded kitchen
-2500 to 2800 sq ft
- 43ft lot with premium lot

I have a gorgeous 46' Melville 2759sqft coming up in a few days with 3 full bathrooms upstairs (it is actually the rare 5-bedroom version) -- please email me your agent's name and contact info to fred@fredhelps.com (or post it here for all us other agents) and I can send your agent all the preview info before we list it... If you are signed on with somebody, we aren't allowed to contact you directly so I want to make sure I follow the rules :)

Just wanted to take a minute to vent....

My husband and I are still searching for our new home. We have now actually sold are current residence and have lost 2 homes that we have put offers on.
With both homes we were agreesive but were still beat. This market right now is so discouraging and the lack of inventory is leaving me quiet anxious.

I am so close to just buying brand new with the mattamy south phase and waiting for 12months until closing, not ideal as i have sold my home already.

So please if anyone has a home coming on the market that meets my above criteira and you are wanting to deal with a no BS buyer please reach out.

Sounds lovely but based on the homes im seeing might be out of my price range. what price range will the home be in>?
