Hi all! My team and I are working with a bunch of buyers right now - the following have either not found what they like, or have recently began there search with our team. Here is what we are looking for -- let us know if you have something coming up in this list!
IN MILTON:1) Older Milton, Detached double garage, 600k budget, away from main roads, quiet lot
2) Guardian Angels catchment area, Detached 4 bedroom Double Garage
3) Anywhere in New Milton, Double car garage under 600k, DARK modern kitchen
4) Older Milton preferably Timberlea, NOT backing onto main roads. 625-650k budget, WITH a master ensuite
5) HVPS catchment area, Double garage approx 2000sqft, under 600k, ideally in the Sundial area close to the Metro since the Quincy Corner doesn't work.
6) HILLSVIEW model in Coates, or something very similar
7) Detached 4 bedroom between 600-650k MUST be east of the tracks
8 ) Detached 4 bedroom $625-675k NO SIDEWALK
9) Any house that needs updating or that has been neglected, and can't compete with the upgraded staged listings - to be fixed and turned into a rental investment property
10) Outskirts of Milton -- Detached 1-2 Acres, $1.2 - 1.4M within 10 minutes of town
11) More casually looking - 3 bedroom townhouse in Beaty in walking distance to Craig K HS
OUTSIDE OF MILTON:12) Georgetown, Detached 4 bedroom in Mountainview built in the last 15 yrs, IDEALLY backing onto greenspace but not 100% required if the lot is somewhat treed
13) West Toronto must be close to the Lake, from Etobicoke all the way out to Clarkson, range $800-1.1M (If anybody has any family thinking of selling)
Inventory is FINALLY starting to pick up, and my team and I are looking at every single new listing that comes up... but if you have something coming up (Neighbours and Agents alike), let me know.
