next buyers for the next release get another $5000 for dc center so a total of $10000. so jealous that could of helped a lot!!!!

this is crazy. The prices have gone up about $80,000 from Jan 2014 to now. Looks like people can afford the houses at this price.

I saw the blyth model 2 stories townhouse starting only $428990.That's much cheaper than the resale ones now!
do you guys know any ball park number I need to pay extra for driveway pave, fence and upgrades?thanks

When I left around 3:15 pm the line was still long and people still were coming. I got 111

I got there around 3, took about 1 hr, and got in the 160's.
and the line was just as long when I left for the detached homes.

Barely anyone in line for the the townhomes.
