I know this topic has been discussed before but I was wondering if anyone has a local contractor they would recommend to finish a basement? I'm not looking to hire individual contractors, just one point of contact.

I'm also looking for a Local Contractor to finish half of a basement. If anyone knows of someone who does good work at a fair price please let me know.

We really like Braga Contracting - they did an awesome job on our basement in our last house. We'll definitely be contacting them again when the time comes to finish the basement in our new place!
