I am interested in trying both spinning and zumba. Been googling but coming up empty... Can anyone suggest anywhere I can do drop-in spinning? Or drop-in zumba? I am looking for weekend classes.

Here's a great place for Zumba - they have a class Sunday at 10 a.m.

Mill Town Cycle does spin classed during the winter. $8/class, drop in, bring your own bike and stationary trainer (message me if you don't have a trainer but want to give it a whirl - I have one I could loan you).

For Zumba look into Change it up 360. I'm not 100% sure Teri has drop in Zumba classes but she is a Zumba queen!

The Town runs both spinning and Zumba classes on their drop-in class schedule at the Leisure Centre, and Sports Centre. They've also started a water zumba class at the Sports Centre- available as a "registered" class.

Do you know what the schedule is for the drop-in classes at Miltowne Cycle?

It was 7-8 PM on Wednesdays at their shop last year. Would have to give the shop a call to find out when they are running them this year.
