I'm quite skeptical of this post. This is a nice sales pitch for Team Honda. And even the general manager made some time to you, eh? How interesting!

You even mentioned a person who loaded my bill with options (not standards) without asking me when I bought my SUV? And when I asked to speak with the general manager, I was told that he doesn't deal with each client and I have to deal with the sales manager? Nice! I won't buy your thread.

New employee I guess.

We had a brutal experience with the sales manager and staff trying to switch interest rates on us and cheat us out of our negotiated "all in" price ... needless to say we are thrilled with Mississauga Honda and our new Odyssey.
Free car washes for life and massages on Thursdays ... well worth the drive.

New employees? I hope so. But two of the three people mentioned above I know. And they were already there when I purchased my vehicle last year. The third person named above, I'm not sure.

Have been dealing with Ready Honda for 10 years now. You want to deal with professionals, go see them. Team Honda was THE wworst dealership we've ever encountered!

It's a shame because nice doesn't equal professional or business savvy. My experience with them was pretty limited, but I didn't get a good vibe. My gf has been a loyal customer of their service Dep't for a few yrs now and she's finally had it. Told me that every time she needs a service on her car she calls to see how much it will be and every time the actual price in the end is higher (by more than a few bucks). Nobody clears additional fees with her (those times that maybe something else needed to be changed etc) and most of the time when she asked why the price was higher than what she was quoted their answer is that it must have been a wrong quote because "this" is the right price....

If it happens once in blue moon, ok. On a regular basis? Seems like they're scamming to make their numbers

I've been driving Honda's all my life. From experience and being to all different Honda dealerships, the number one dealership in my books for service is Burlington Honda. Amazing service.

Yes we have dealt with him first hands and that is what a true business man is! Professional, and certainly puts his customers before his numbers. A very humble man he is.

Please PM with your name so we can resolve this outstanding issue. I apologize for not being able to speak with you when you purchased your vehicle but I could have been in a meeting, on the phone, with a client, out of the office etc. I always prefer the client to deal with the manager who worked on the deal as they know what has transpired throughout the process and can usually help quicker than I can. If things cant be resolved, that is when I get involved. The best way to contact me is through email as I get the emails directly regardless of where I am as I do work out of 2 different dealerships.

I look forward to your PM.
Rob
